- A variety of small dishes are placed in the middle of the table in a loose sequence for sharing and enjoying together.
- A sequence in aisles is therefore not planned.
- In between, we re-stock during short service breaks.
- Group reservations, whether »family style« with a minimum purchase or with a pre-selected menu, are always “open end”, i.e. without any time limit.
